Financial Leadership Shaped by Experience

A man with short dark hair, smiling, wearing a light blue collared shirt under a dark gray sweater, and dark blue pants, sitting on a stone bench outdoors with yellow autumn leaves in the background.

Ryan Eppehimer, Founder

Ryan is a finance executive and fractional CFO with deep experience helping professional services firms navigate growth, complexity, and change.

He most recently served as CFO for the North American region of FGS Global, a leading strategic advisory and communications firm. Prior to that, he was CFO of Glover Park Group, one of the legacy firms that merged to form FGS. Across more than seventeen years with the firm and its predecessor companies, he helped support its evolution from a founder-led business into a much larger global platform.

That experience gave Ryan a firsthand view into the realities of scaling a people-driven business: increasing complexity, changing ownership structures, evolving systems and processes, integration challenges, and growing expectations around performance and reporting. He became known for the judgment and credibility to navigate the tradeoffs between adding financial discipline and preserving the culture, autonomy, and talent experience that make professional services firms successful.

Ryan earned a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University and an MBA from The George Washington University. He is also a licensed CPA in Virginia. He lives in Southern California with his family and, outside of work, can often be found coaching youth softball, cheering on Philly sports, or planning the next national park trip.
